CELES MP generators offer a power range of 2 kW to 3.2 MW and come in frequencies of 10 kHz to 2 MHz.
CELES MP generators are the result of development that began in 1967 when Fives Celes designed the first induction heating aperiodic generator, followed by the first MOS transistors generator in 1989.
The range was then expanded with the introduction of the CELES MP compact 50 kW & THF, the new 200 kW unitary power bridge and an extended range for 75-100 kW powers.
Fives' equipment is designed for round-the-clock operation in a number of applications:
- Shrink fitting
- Crucible or cold crucible metal melting
- Laboratories and research centers
- Heat sealing for foil lids
- Heat treatment (quenching and tempering)
- Oxide or glass melting
- Weld annealing
- Enamel drying and burning
- Thin strip heating
- Surface treatment
- Tube welding
- Vitrification and industrial physics, etc.
Our generators provide flexibility and maximum efficiency (over 90%). A wide range of adjustment options (power, voltage, temperature) are available for heat control.
The optimized operating and maintenance conditions are designed to fully protect the equipment from production-related damage:
- Inductor short-circuits
- Inductor breakage
- Power overloads, etc
In most frequency ranges, the generator includes a transformer that insulates the inductor from the generator. Our systems are also designed for easy maintenance.
