Alfred-Kastler College students won the regional finals thanks to Fives’ support
First-year students specializing in the field of client relations and negotiations at the Alfred-Kastler College in France participated in the competition organized by the French organization “Dirigeants Commerciaux de France”.
In 2016, the competition with a main theme “Confidence in client relations” aimed to promote commercial excellence among students studying engineering disciplines in France (BTS, Brevet de Technicien Supérieur). In addition, it focused on different skills necessary to conduct business: negotiations, process organization, planning, trade relations, as well as capacity to develop solutions that can bring added value to enterprises.
Fives, well known in the market for its engineering excellence, welcomed Alfred-Kastler College students at its industrial workshop in Lautenbach in France, where the group has been developing induction heating and cooling technologies under the brand CELES for over 50 years. The case study supported by a short video filmed at the Fives’ workshop covered different aspects in commercial relations. It was the first time when first-year students received the award at the regional level. The national finals will take place on March 30, 2016 in Paris.
